Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not place an order.

Adding something to your cart is not a contract. A contract exists once we have accepted your order, which happens when we confirm payment and send you a confirmation email.

We may decline an order. The honest reasons are the ordinary ones: the stock is not there, the price on the page was wrong, we cannot deliver to the address, or the payment looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, you get all of your money back.

Stock is held for you while you are paying and released again if the payment does not complete. Two people can reach for the last bottle at the same moment, and the one who pays gets it.

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and always shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Payment is handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card number. If a price is obviously wrong, the kind of wrong that comes from a missing zero, we will tell you before we charge you and let you decide whether to go ahead.

Delivery times are estimates given to us by our courier, not promises we can guarantee. The specifics are set out under shipping and delivery, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so anything that happens to a parcel before it reaches you is our problem to sort out, not yours.

You may cancel an online order within seven days of receiving it, and you have six months to bring back anything defective. Both are set out in full under returns and refunds, which also forms part of these terms.

Our products are cosmetic and wellness preparations. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Essential oils are concentrated. Dilute them before they touch skin, keep them away from children and eyes, and patch test anything new. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for something, ask a doctor first. Use of our products is at your own risk, and that is not us dodging anything: it is the only honest thing to say about a potent natural product used unsupervised.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so use a password you have not used elsewhere and keep it to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has got into it.

We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively. Content you post, such as a product review, must be your own and must not be unlawful. We can remove a review that is not.

The words, photographs, the Navéh Olive name and the design of this site belong to us. Read them, share a link, quote a line. Do not republish the lot as your own or use our branding to sell something.

We are liable for what the law says we are liable for, and we do not try to sign that away. What we do not accept is responsibility for indirect losses, the knock-on kind, such as a delayed parcel costing you something else.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, and nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. A term that tried to would simply be unenforceable.

We may update these terms. The version that governs your order is the one published when you placed it, which is why the date at the top of this page matters.

South African law governs these terms, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
